Grand opening at DWZ Demonwerkz this weekend! Car meet, food, models and music, what else can we ask for? Probably will check it out, I need to take some import model pictures. Didn’t get that much at the “So you think you can stance” event on Sunday.

Drove down to Santa Fe Springs to take some pictures of some cars at the “So you think you can stance” event starting at 12. Well, I arrived an hour early and took some pictures and hung out. Stayed there until around 4. I thought it was going to rain, I was kinda disappointed – I wanted at least a small sprinkle of rain like what happened at the Import Face-off event that was held in Fontana earlier in the month. Very chill event. Saw some buds and got my free NOS (Thanks NOS!).
Took over 400 plus car pictures and a few pictures of models. Yea, I didn’t have that banzai spirit to get those import model pictures – should have at least taken some pics of the NOS models. I’m so sad now.
All day, I just relaxed. Maybe it was the weather. Dunno, or maybe it was because there was no toilet anywhere near. Saw a dude take a piss in the back of the building near the train tracks. Reminded me of the Philippines. That’s keeping it real!

I was so close to staying at home after looking at the sky. Man, it looked like it was going to rain. So I just played some BF3 for a few hours and watched some TV. Then I got a little bored and figured I wanted to just drive and I might as well go to Import Face-off in Fontana – even if it is raining a little. Took about an hour and a few minutes to get there. When I arrived, I had about 2 hours left, so that was cool, and it was sprinkling for a few minutes, but it soon stopped. The clouds were always there though, and it didn’t look good, but it didn’t pour, so that was cool.
So what do I do the first thing? Well, I get some food! Bought the chicken and fries for $7. Dude that was a lot of food! Can’t complain about that. Met up with some friends and just chilled. Took some really nice car pictures. Two car show models – Diana Ochoa and Teresa who was representing Sub5zero.
So how was the 2 hours? It was pretty cool. I should have arrived earlier!

Update! 1/19/2012… The event organizers of “So you think you can stance” have moved the location to Trendy Threadz in Santa Fe Springs. Everything else is the same, just the location is different.

Hey take a look at a the Automechina 2012 Tuner Tour! It’s a bloody FREE Import Tuner Car Show!
Right! The schedule includes 5 cities in the US that includes –
Orlando – Feb 11
Dallas – April 14
Houston – May 19
Boston – June 16
Chicago – Sept 8
Location will be at the UTI Campus in those cities. The car show will be from 10am to 3pn. Admission is free and car registration is free! Now why isn’t there one in southern California?

OK, here’s the last videos from the 2011 Bangkok Motor Show that I took earlier in the year. Remember these? I started showing the first batch of videos last year, then I completely forgot about them for a few month or so. Now I’m finally showing you all – the last videos I have. I can’t wait until I cover the 2012 Bangkok Motor Show in a few months!
Man, I wish I had the chance to cover the Detroit Auto Show this year. There has been some really cool cars that have been shown from a new concept Honda NSX to the Falcon F7, a new American super car and of course the new Lexus LF-LC concept. Sweet shits man!

Last video from the Los Angeles Hot Import Nights on December 2011! Well, this was the only video I took of the fashion show. The rest are pictures. I forgot who won the competition but what struck me was Evelyn Lin was a contestant. What? Who? She’s a famous Asian porn porn star and she’s pretty good at it too! Also have some pictures of her lying on a bike later in the day. Wondered why she in the contest but then I thought I really don’t care. Just take the video and get some pictures! Sick.
I can’t wait until the next Hot Import Nights in Los Angeles!

Import Face-Off was supposed to be on November 2011, but it was rained out. So now, they are back in southern California to be the first big modified tuner car show in the greater Los Angeles area! If you paid for the November car show, you can present your armband and you are in for this upcoming one! Good to know!
Cost is $20 or $17 with a flyer… you can print the flyer on their site to get the discount. Import Face-Off will be from 9am to 4pm, so it’s basically all day.
