HINNOPI Los Angeles Moved to September 18, 2010!
What the hell man. I just found out today that HINNOPI is moving from Anaheim to downtown Los Angeles, to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center and moving the date from August to September 18…. and then instead of 2 days of godly fun, we get 1 day. At least the time from 4PM to 11PM has not changed. Waitaminute.. the press release says from 4pm to midnight!
It’s like wow. I was so hyped for the two day car show this coming week. I guess that’s the end of car shows in August in southern California. Wonder if the weather problems in the east coast had anything to do with the move back indoors. Check out the HINNOPI press release giving their explanation on the move back indoors.
Waitaminute, what happens to the people who prepaid for both days? Was that an option?

Sucks that we have to wait another month for HINNOPI to debut in Los Angeles. Why does Chicago have 2 days of fun and sunny southern California get 1? Whats up with that. Hell man, there shouldn’t be any weather problems in southern California in the next few months!
I always liked HIN Night Shift in the days. That was an out door car show. The only thing I hated about indoor HIN was that it got so FN dark I barely could see what was in front of me sometimes.
Why downtown Los Angeles? Probably because it’s the only indoor location that will host HINNOPI. Hell, most event organizers are probably still pissed off at the Pomona Fairplex for canceling a car show years ago. I think it was DUB that was canceled because it would bring in the noise, or some kind of crap excuse like that.
Downtown LA is also centrally located to everyone, so probably get a bigger crowd. Yea, closer to me so I’m not complaining about the drive.
I dunno know man. I just wish they had the 2 day HINNOPI this coming week at Anaheim, but I’m good for September 18 at the LA Convention center. Man, I hate the wait.
You know what would be cool for southern California? Have another HINNOPI later this year! F~ yea!
