Hey, hey, hey! The latest Subic Bay Auto Show will be opening its doors on April 28! Only a few more days, so get ready to drive to Subic! Take a look at the pictures I took last year when I was lucky enough to be in the Philippines to cover the Subic Bay Auto Show!

Entrance fee is P50 and the car show starts at 4pm, and is across the Subic Bay Yacht Club. If you’ve ever been at SBMA, it’s at the Kart area so there should be a lot of space for show cars.

Last year the car show continued until the late hours so get some sleep before going! I’m just hoping the fashion show – bikini contest is better than last year. I think this part of the program was the weakest due to not having a lot of contestants and they were a bit shy. The car show was good, especially when it got dark because the lights created some good mood pictures.

Hey, looks like Ayala’s mall – Harbor Point Subic will open on April 26, so bring your girlfriends as you make a weekend out of the car show. When I was in Subic a few weeks ago and saw the construction, it looked like an Ayala mall – nice looking exterior and big! So check it out!

If you arrive early in Subic, might as well take some tours to Zoobic Safari and look at the lions.. oh my..! Another place to look at is the Ocean Adventure. I suggest if you do a tour, you choose one because it takes a few hours. Then get some food at the mall, Meat Plus, one of the restaurants by the waterfront or get some Andoks, Mang Inasal or Chic-Boy just outside the gate!
