Grand opening at DWZ Demonwerkz this weekend! Car meet, food, models and music, what else can we ask for? Probably will check it out, I need to take some import model pictures. Didn’t get that much at the “So you think you can stance” event on Sunday.

Drove down to Santa Fe Springs to take some pictures of some cars at the “So you think you can stance” event starting at 12. Well, I arrived an hour early and took some pictures and hung out. Stayed there until around 4. I thought it was going to rain, I was kinda disappointed – I wanted at least a small sprinkle of rain like what happened at the Import Face-off event that was held in Fontana earlier in the month. Very chill event. Saw some buds and got my free NOS (Thanks NOS!).
Took over 400 plus car pictures and a few pictures of models. Yea, I didn’t have that banzai spirit to get those import model pictures – should have at least taken some pics of the NOS models. I’m so sad now.
All day, I just relaxed. Maybe it was the weather. Dunno, or maybe it was because there was no toilet anywhere near. Saw a dude take a piss in the back of the building near the train tracks. Reminded me of the Philippines. That’s keeping it real!

A grand opening at Concept III! I love grand openings because there’s always free food and raffles and stuff. A few modified cars and a model here and there and just a place to hang out for a few hours… eating and taking pictures, and yea, it’s free! Oi, almost forgot. This is KDM, so the focus is on Korean modified cars. Be interesting, rarely see KDM stuff at car shows, and if I do, it’s only a couple before my focus is back on the modified Japanese cars.
The Concept III grand opening is hosted by West Coast KDM, and will be from 11 to 2pm. Good chance I’ll be going. Technically it’s going to be my first car meet in 2012!

So what do you do after you’ve been at the OC Auto Show for a few hours and you want a change of sights? Drive to the Air Runner Open House Event a few minutes from the Anaheim Convention Center! It’s a FREE event! Food trucks, DJ, modified cars and import models galore! I might be going after I see the OC Auto Show bikini contest!

So what are you going to do after the taking a look at the OC Auto Show in Anaheim on Saturday? You have to go to the So-Cal Summer Daze Car Meet on Sunday! The car meet is from 1pm to 7pm and and it’s like a damn good mini-car show! The organizers had a car meet earlier in the year called So-Cal Import Nights and that was fun!
Ticket is $5 per person and get this, if your an import model/show girl, entrance is FREE! So all you girls who want to become import models, come on down and contact the organizers! Media coverage will be all over.
