I had a feeling that CAR MEET X Formula D Tech Day was going to be big after looking at the facebook event page having over 900+ people who said they were going. That meant I needed to leave early and arrive a few minutes to the car meet.

It has been almost a year since I went to the 2012 Bangkok Motor Show, and I am finally writing down what I saw. I am so glad I took notes.
Took Cebu Pacific Airline from the airport in Manila to Bangkok. Cebu Pacific has the cheapest airfares I know to Thailand from the Philippines. The hitch is that you have to leave around midnight. On this trip, I arrived at my hotel at around 3am. That’s about a 3 hour trip, including the taxi from the airport. By taking Cebu Pacific, I think I saved at least a hundred dollars compared to other airlines.
Had a short nap, as I woke up and left the hotel at 11am – it was raining. Looking out of my taxi, I saw Bangkok, it almost felt like Manila but cleaner. Paid a fixed price of 400 Baht to the taxi driver. Traffic was so heavy I thought it was a decent deal after no other taxi I stopped would take me to the car show.

Autofashion will be holding their 6th Annual VIP Festival this Sunday on November 4 from 10 to 5pm! I’ll be driving down to San Diego to take some pictures, and it looks like everybody else in the tuner car scene will also be at this event! Can’t wait! Been a few weeks since I’ve taken car pictures.
